Just a 20 minutes boat ride from the town of Nyaung Shwe and near the village of Magyisin, the Resort is a perfect base from which to explore the wonders of Inle Lake and the surrounding region.
The lake's top resort offers guests a secluded retreat with 46 traditional wooden chalets, built upon stilts along the shallow waters of the shoreline. The spacious rooms were built by local craftsmen using native woods and bamboo and are decorated with Burmese silk textiles. The rooms also feature private balconies with impressive views of fields, mountains and Inle Lake.
The Inle Princess Resort's restaurant serves a variety of International, Myanmar and Chinese dishes including the local specialties of the Shan, Intha, and Pao ethnic minorities.
